“The law is never as black and white as people want it to be. Strong advocacy recognizes that there are arguments before and against most every proposition. The key is to understand both the strengths and weaknesses of your position. Clients need an advocate who will put the best argument forward for their position and an advisor who will tell them the risks and consequences when deciding the best course of action. I am not the kind of lawyer who will always tell you want to hear, I will be the one who tells you what you need to know.”
