Join Robert J. Foster, Partner in our Litigation and Insurance Practices Groups, and Bret R. Goldstein, Partner in our Workers’ Compensation Group, as they join with an esteemed panel of colleagues to present Mini Med School for Attorneys to the National Business Institute on Friday, March 13, 2020 in Philadelphia, PA.

In the full-day program, the presenters, including doctors and seasoned trial attorneys, will provide attendees with the unique blend of medical and legal insights needed in order to evaluate, take on or defend cases involving injuries.

Mr. Foster will serve as moderator for the day’s programs, and Mr. Goldstein will present Traumatic Brain Injuries Made Simple with Dr. H. Peter Blumenthal. The section will cover a wide range of topics, including anatomy and functioning of the brain, how brain injuries affect function, post-concussive syndrome, what to look for in medical records, how to handle prior head injuries, and treatment and prognosis, among others. 

The basic-to-intermediate level program has been designed for attorneys, paralegals and insurance professionals. The course has been approved for 7.20 hours of New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Credit, 7.00 hours of New York Continuing Legal Education Credit, and 6.00 hours of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Credit.
