February 17, 2025 – RRD Partner Robert J. Foster will offer some of his experience and advice to students at Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law Sports and Entertainment Law Society. The interactive presentation will include an engaging discussion on how to create tangible property rights for marketing in the sports and entertainment industry, as well as the attorneys role in allocating risk responsibility. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A opportunity for students.
Robert is a member of the RRD Litigation Group, handling a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions, minority shareholder disputes, unfair competition claims, Lanham Act claims, personal injury, first-party claims, UM/UIM arbitrations, insurance coverage claims, bad faith, and professional liability claims. He also has extensive appellate experience and has been asked to participate as Amicus Curiae by many prestigious organizations, including the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, Rob has been a consultant to many companies regarding indemnification, licensing, trademark, and copyright issues.
