This practice includes the review of all contracts, mortgage documents, titles and surveys, and prepares the necessary documents for the Closing. Kathy also travels to closings at a location convenient to her clients. Offering a sophisticated, cross-disciplinary approach to the representation of real estate closing clients allows her to offer an additional level of service and support unmatched by our legal counterparts.
