March 19, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Kathleen DeLacy will attend the Southern Delaware Estate Planning Council (SDEPC) Membership Meeting. The program will feature a Delaware legal update covering key developments, including changes to Advance Health Care Directives and the new Transfer on Death Deeds law.

Kathleen “Kathy” DeLacy is a Partner in the Firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office and practices in the Wills, Trusts & Estates practice group, as well as the Business Succession Planning and Real Estate groups.
