November 5, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Wills, Trusts, and Estates Partner Kathleen DeLacy will participate in the Caregiver Resource Fair, hosted by the Newark Senior Center in Newark, Delaware. Kathy will be available to answer questions, offer advice, and share information about the legal services she provides.

This event is designed for current caregivers, future caregivers, adult children of aging parents, spouses, and families planning for future care needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with trusted local resources, gather practical information, and learn about services that can support them throughout their caregiving journey.

Kathy has extensive experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate matters, as well as elder law, including asset protection planning for long-term care (Medicaid and VA benefits). She regularly counsels clients on complex estate planning issues, including those affecting same-sex couples following Delaware’s marriage equality legislation. Notably, she handled the first same-sex adoption case in Delaware, setting precedent within the state.

To best serve clients statewide, Kathy shares her time between the Firm’s Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach offices.
