“My role as a litigator is to solve problems: clients’ problems and carriers’ problems. Doing so requires a creative approach to each case, planning at least two steps ahead and how to get where we need to be. Being an effective communicator, advocate, and budget planner are all critical steps in this process and in ultimately solving a problem.”
