December 6, 2024 – RRD Partner Michael J. Needleman will be a panelist on an interactive webinar hosted by the Pennsylvania Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA). The webinar, “How to File a Proof of Claim,” will give students of the University of the Arts (UArts) in Philadelphia helpful advice and an understanding of available options to recover lost funds due to UArts filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year. The webinar will explain the process and what is needed to file a claim through bankruptcy court.
