In regard to telecommunications, our attorneys have successfully zoned and assisted with the leasing of more than 2,000 project sites for spec tower build-outs, network build-outs and deployment of ever-evolving platforms including LTE-Advanced, 5G, Rural Broadband FWA, and WiMAX, as well as low-latency, point-to-point MW and fiber backhaul deployment. We have also been actively engaged at the state and local level in drafting and advocating for legislation to facilitate the deployment of advanced wireless services.
