Debra Roscioli is a Partner at the Firm’s Mt. Laurel office. Debra has an extensive and varied business and litigation background as she holds both a Juris Doctor and a master’s in business administration and worked in private business prior to attending law school. Debra focuses her practice on counseling private enterprises.
Debra has significant experience in assisting creditors and debtors navigate complex legal issues in major bankruptcy actions, workouts, receiverships, restructurings, and foreclosures. She also takes the lead in complex commercial litigation that arises from bankruptcy actions, including valuation proceedings, fraudulent conveyance cases, fiduciary duty cases, and preference actions.
Debra represents a broad range of business clients with experience in securities and corporate matters, trademark and copyright prosecution and intellectual property litigation, workers’ compensation defense litigation, representing self-insured clients and insurance carriers throughout New Jersey, and handling all aspects of transportation litigation before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
Outside the office, Debra enjoys spending time with her family (including her 3 golden retrievers) down the shore in the summers and watching her children play competitive soccer, basketball, and football throughout the remainder of the year. Debra is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys going to Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers games with her family.
