Martin Page is an Associate at the Firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Martin is a member of the Litigation, Employment, and Wills, Trusts & Estates practice groups. He represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including general liability, personal injury, toxic tort, and commercial disputes. His experience includes corporate, bankruptcy, and estate litigation. He has served as first chair in several trials, including before the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Additionally, Martin advises clients on estate matters, including beneficiary distributions, fiduciary duties, and will contests in the Firm’s Delaware offices. Martin is often a legal litigation resource for probate administration matters.

While in law school, Martin competed on the William and Mary National Trial Team, one of the most prestigious competition teams in the nation. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet in the District of Delaware.

Outside the courtroom, Martin can be found at the bowling alley, the swimming pool, and the gym. Apart from partaking in sports, he enjoys watching Formula One, football, soccer, and ice hockey. Additionally, he enjoys keeping up with his history and philosophy studies.
