Cindy is a partner at the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. She brings more than 30 years of experience to her insurance and litigation practices. Cindy has extensive experience in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, construction defects, commercial and liability matters, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death, and errors, and omissions litigation matters.

Prior to joining Reger Rizzo & Darnall, Cindy served as the Managing Attorney for Nationwide Insurance’s Delaware Trial Division in Newark. For more than ten years, she oversaw the office’s development and implementation of strategic case management protocols for commercial files to reduce costs and suit life cycles while providing legal representation to clients and legal service to claims customers. During this time, Cindy led her office to a number one national ranking in 2015 and 2016 for every performance metric, including quality assurance audits, productivity, client/claims satisfaction surveys, case suit life, and cost/overhead recovery. She increased commercial and complex files from 8% to 30%+ and enhanced quality customer service while simultaneously reducing closed case costs year-over-year. 

Cindy’s interests include collecting wine, playing with her three German Shepherds, and working on her bucket list to visit all 50 states. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and as an elder in her church.
