Bret Goldstein, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Employment Practices Group, will present a seminar in conjunction with the Delaware County Bar Association entitled, Section 417 Trusts and C&Rs; Hot Topics in Workers’ Compensation Evidence. The seminar will be presented on Friday, November 13, 2015 from Noon – 1:30 PM at the Delaware County Bar Association Building’s Auditorium.
The program will address the use of a Section 417 Trust in conjunction with a Compromise and Release, and hot topics in workers’ compensation evidence, including criminal impeachment and the collateral source rule. The session will be moderated by James R. Flandreau, Esq. and presented by Mr. Goldstein and Andrew J. Edelberg, Esq.
There is a $40.00 fee for DCBA Members and $50 fee for non-member attorneys (cost includes lunch and 1.0 CLE Credit Hour; if no CLE is desired, the cost for lunch is $10.)
