The Firm is pleased to name Matthew R. Hindley Partner in our Wilmington Office.

Matt is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Insurance Practices Groups. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. Matt represents clients in Delaware’s Superior Court and Delaware Court of Chancery, focusing on products and premises liability; commercial litigation; casualty defense and representing insurance carriers in subrogation matters.

While attending Widener University School of Law, Matthew interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Barry C. Dozor in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. Also while in law school, Matt was awarded the Certificate of Achievement in Toxic Torts for earning the highest grade in his class; he was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and served as an Academic Support Fellow. Matt earned his B.A. from Lehigh University.

Outside of the office, Matt is the captain of team “Jason’s Jedi,” named in honor and memory of his cousin, and serves on the Fundraising Committee for St. Jude’s Annual Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer held at FDR Park.
