June 25, 2024 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Bret R. Goldstein will present at an informative and comprehensive continuing education seminar on AI in Workers Compensation, hosted by NBI.

Mr. Goldstein will discuss the Governor’s Statement on the use of AI in Workers Compensation and Insurance. He will cover the restrictions on the use of AI mandated by the Bureau of Workers Compensation as well as discuss the use of AI and restrictions on the use of AI in litigating Workers Compensation cases. In addition, he will review the pitfalls of depending on AI to review medical records and summarize them. The presentation will also include how best to implement AI during litigation and issues to avoid in the implementation of AI software in litigation and communication with clients. He will also discuss the use of AI in legal research and writing in legal cases.
