Christopher H. Schubert is honored for his excellence in Land Use and Zoning Law and Real Estate Law. With nearly four decades of experience in real estate, land use, and business law, Chris represents some of the nation’s leading telecommunications companies, wireless providers, and tower companies in zoning and leasing matters. As a seasoned litigator in both trial and appellate courts, he has successfully prosecuted federal Telecommunications Act claims and state land use appeals, achieving favorable results for clients and shaping important legal precedents for the industry.
