Dennis D. Ferri, Of Counsel to the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office has been an active trial lawyer for 50 years. He has tried to conclusion in nearly 100 cases in Delaware’s state and federal courts, obtaining excellent results for his clients. His areas of practice include general liability, personal injury (plaintiff and defense), product liability, and professional liability, primarily medical negligence. Most recently, he was a partner at Morris James LLP and specialized in medical malpractice litigation.

Dennis provides ADR services to the Delaware legal community, including mediation and arbitration and is a certified superior court mediator. He provides competent, timely, and fair resolutions of legal claims and lawsuits in an efficient and economical manner. Dennis has a substantial understanding of medicine and has been involved with most of the medical providers in Delaware. He has a keen insight into the intricacies and strategies involved with evaluating and resolving medical claims.

Dennis enjoys playing golf, reading, gardening and spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys walking and caring for his family’s yellow lab (Hamilton) and playing with his family’s crazy cat (Beldar).
