June 11, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Robert J. Foster will serve as a guest lecturer at the Legal Writing Skills Every Attorney Must Know seminar hosted by NBI.
During his one-hour presentation, “A Strategic Map to Structuring Arguments and Holding the Reader’s Interest,” Rob will provide practical guidance on crafting persuasive legal arguments and maintaining reader engagement throughout legal briefs and other written advocacy. Topics will include:

Rob handles a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions, minority shareholder disputes, unfair competition claims, Lanham Act claims, personal injury, first-party claims, UM/UIM arbitrations, insurance coverage claims, bad faith, and professional liability claims. He also has extensive appellate experience and has been asked to participate as Amicus Curiae by many prestigious organizations, including the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, Rob has been a consultant to many companies regarding indemnification, licensing, trademark, and copyright issues.
