Michael L. Miranda is an Associate in the Firm’s Malvern, Pennsylvania office and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on land use, zoning, and telecommunications matters, where he assists clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, securing approvals, and advancing development projects.

Michael previously participated in the Firm’s Law Clerk program in the Wilmington office and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Danielle J. Brennan of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. Through these experiences, he developed a strong foundation in legal practice, including drafting motions and briefs, and gained exposure to trials, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.

Outside of his legal practice, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out on the golf course, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. He is also a dedicated fan of the New York Yankees and makes it a point to follow all 162 games each season.
