Our Team Samuel J. Conrad

Samuel J. Conrad is an associate in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office, where he is a member of the Litigation practice group. Samuel handles a wide-range of matters, including automobile liability, commercial disputes, construction law, corporate bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.

Before joining Reger Rizzo & Darnall, Sam practiced with a mid-sized insurance defense firm, gaining extensive experience in complex litigation involving professional liability, toxic and mass torts, environmental and products liability, premises liability, and transportation and trucking claims.

Samuel earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Law, Society, and Politics. He received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he served as a Staff Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was an active member of the First-Generation Law Society. He continues to stay involved with the law school through the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law Alumni Mentorship Program.

Outside the office, Samuel enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting barbecues, potlucks, and backyard sporting events. He is also an avid hiker, bowler, and disc golf enthusiast.
