June 12, 2025 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall attorney Brandon A. Millinghausen will attend the Lunch With the City’s Leaders event at City Winery. The event, hosted by the Center City Business Association will feature Ken Weinstein, Founder of Jumpstart Philly and President of Philly Office Retail, and Jordan Parisse-Ferrarini, a Jumpstart Germantown graduate, mentor, instructor, and developer.

As Jumpstart celebrates its 10th Anniversary, this event will highlight how the Jumpstart model has transformed communities around the City, State and country by empowering a diverse group of developers to address critical housing needs. Ken and Jordan will share insights on expanding the supply of affordable housing using Turn the Key and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH), creating thousands of new housing units, as called for in Mayor Cherelle Parker’s HOME Initiative, and providing financing solutions through Jumpstart Philly and the Philadelphia Accelerator Fund.
