Brandon Millinghausen is an Associate in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. Brandon focuses on applying his experience and diverse skill set to deliver the best results for his clients. His legal capabilities range widely from contract/agreement drafting, negotiating, and litigating. Brandon has been involved with various commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, estate administration disputes, franchise-related matters, bad faith claims, insurance denial appeals, premises liability, landlord/tenant disputes, and various insurance claim matters. Brandon prides himself on client engagement and securing efficient, impactful outcomes.

While in law school, Brandon interned with various firms, gaining invaluable experience as he immersed himself in the transactional and litigation spheres. He also interned with the Attorney General’s office of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Brandon most recently was a clerk for the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands in St. Croix, where he clerked for judges in both the Civil and Family Divisions. 

Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from Arcadia University, where he majored in criminal justice, minored in pre-law, and was a member of the honors program. During his time at Arcadia, he presented his work in theoretical law at conferences throughout the region and conducted multiple Middle Eastern archeological/cultural field studies in Oman.

Outside the office, Brandon can be found jogging around Philadelphia or attending concerts and events. He often travels to visit friends throughout the country and is notorious for getting people together. His passion is following the world of Formula 1 racing.
