Harris Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s National Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, will present The Big Business of Franchise Law during the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2018 Annual Meeting and Convention May 16-18, 2018 at the Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. The three-day conference will feature more than 90 educational seminars by over 300 speakers, while providing 16 CLE credits. 

Harris and his co-presenter will provide a full overview of the many facets and nuances of franchise law, and will discuss how the steady increase in the growth of franchises, many of which impact an increasing number of New Jersey residents and businesses, will require a wide range of specific legal services related to these special business agreements.
