Northern Virginia native Paul Bilodeau, Esquire, works out of the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office and concentrates his practice in a variety of different practice areas to handling a variety of legal matters that come with representing the community, including representing condominium and homeowner associations, personal injury claims, real estate matters, landlords in landlord/tenant disputes, wills and estate administration, along with general business and personal matters.

Since 2018, Paul has served as a Solicitor for the City of Newark, Delaware and is also a deputy attorney general for the State of Delaware. Previously, he served as Deputy Solicitor from 2011 to 2018.

Paul received his B.A. in business administration from James Madison University in 1981 and his J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1987. While in law school, Paul was a member of the law review and an American Jurisprudence Award recipient. Following law school, Paul served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Henry DuPont Ridgely.

Paul enjoys spending time with his family, road biking, skiing, and driving his 1953 Pontiac Chieftain. He annually participates in the City to Shore and Bike to the Bay rides to raise money for the National MS Society.
