Broderick Graham is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Business Services Group in the Philadelphia office. He is also part of the Firm’s National Franchise & Distribution and Hospitality practices. Brody uses his skills and experience to guide clients through legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance and formation, franchise and hospitality matters, and commercial and franchise disputes.
Brody has been involved with a variety of matters, including corporate formation/dissolution, real estate sales/acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, private equity investments, and other general corporate matters. He also has experience assisting clients with commercial and contract disputes, shareholder disputes, trademark and copyright issues, and insurance defense.
While in law school, Brody worked as an intern at Reger Rizzo and Darnall, gaining invaluable multidisciplinary experience and exposure working with the Firm’s Corporate & Business Services, Real Estate, Employment, and Litigation Practice Groups. During his time at Rutgers Law School, Brody also worked as a Legal Writing Fellow, teaching the next generation of lawyers the fundamentals of successful written advocacy.
In his free time, Brody enjoys working out as well as watching and playing football (re-living his varsity football days at the University of Pennsylvania), basketball, and golf. Not just a sports fan, Brody is also a devout science fiction and fantasy fan.
