August 28, 2024 – Harris J. Chernow, Chair of RRD’s Franchise & Distribution Practice and Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section, will give the introduction to the Philadelphia Bar Association’s continuing legal education program “Strategies in Depositions of Corporate Representatives -Taking and Defending,” hosted by the Franchise Law Committee of the Business Law Section.

The program will prepare business litigators to depose corporate representatives. The panel will address effectively questioning the corporate representative, dealing with difficult representatives, and raising and defending objections. Panelists include former Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of PA, Hon. James T. Giles, Tobi L. Millrood, Esquire, and Craig R. Tractenberg, Esquire.
