The final weeks of the year are often referred to as the “season of giving.” As I reflect back on our firm’s accomplishments in 2024, one of the things I am most proud of is our attorneys once again being listed in the top 20 of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Annual List of Pro Bono Hours donated by law firms in the region. This is especially meaningful when one considers that most of the other firms in that range are considerably larger than ours. Our professionals are truly generous with their time, not just during this “season of giving,” but throughout the year. Their commitment to our community and the important causes that support our citizens is truly inspiring.

Of course, our accomplishments extend beyond the pro bono area and include important victories at the trial and appellate level in our region’s state and federal courts. Our attorneys have helped our clients navigate unique challenges in business, tax, and estate law, among other areas. They continue to be recognized as stand-outs in their areas of practice and have demonstrated their preeminence through authorship, lecturing, and by undertaking leadership positions in community and professional organizations.

Our attorneys’ successes on behalf of our clients, leadership within the profession, and commitment to the broader community have helped to make our firm an attractive place to work and practice. This has helped fuel our continuing growth, evidenced by our addition this year of some outstanding attorneys in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, and Towson, Maryland offices, as well as the launching of our newest office in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Our growth is a testament to the trust our clients have placed in us, and we are so grateful for their confidence in our firm.

On behalf of all of the attorneys and staff of RRD, I wish you a peaceful and prosperous New Year.
