Join Harris Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, as he moderates a program, entitled Primer on Legal Relationships Among Major Players in the Hotel Industry, during the 8th Annual Georgetown Law Hotel and Lodging Legal Summit. The annual summit brings together top hotel and lodging attorneys from companies and law firms throughout the world to discuss and learn about the most pressing legal issues and topics facing the industry.

Harris’ session will provide an overview of the major players in the industry (owners, brands, and operators and the roles they play), and the major instruments that govern these players’ relationships with one another. The session will also explore areas where these players’ interests can conflict and will discuss how these conflicts are addressed in contract negotiation and business operation.
