October 8, 2025 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Senior Counsel Joel S. Luber will attend Hot Topics in Orphans’ Court, an informative event hosted by the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council of PA at the William Penn Inn in Philadelphia, PA. Montgomery County Orphans’ Court judges Murphy and Sterling will discuss recent developments in practice before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas. The Judges will also discuss other issues concerning elder abuse and exploitation, trusts, estates, attorneys’ fees and fiduciary liability.
