June 10-21, 2024, Harris J. Chernow, chair of RRD’s Franchise and Hospitality Practice Group will be presenting throughout the two-week Hospitality and Tourism Law Summer Program at American University Washington College of Law. Among the topics, Harris will be discussing the franchise relationship and franchise agreements, hotel management agreements, and hotel merger & acquisition transactions.
