Harris Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, will join with an esteemed panel of legal professionals to present Fundamentals of Franchising on Wednesday, October 16th in Denver, CO. The presentation is part of the American Bar Association’s 42nd Annual Forum on Franchising, the annual convention featuring the very best in educational and continuing legal education programming for members of the franchise industry, as well as social and networking opportunities. 

Harris’ program will provide a comprehensive overview of franchise law for those who want a thorough introduction to this field, as well as those who want a refresher on one or more areas of franchise law. Top franchise lawyers from across the country will discuss the intellectual property aspects of franchising, how to structure a franchise, disclosure and registration requirements, defining and protecting a franchise system’s intellectual property, franchise relationship laws, international franchising, and the representation of franchisees.
