December 13, 2024 – Harris J. Chernow, RRD Chair of its National Franchise & Distribution and Hospitality Practice Groups, will present on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Franchise 101: What Every Lawyer Who Has a Franchise-Related Matter Should Know. The presentation looks into the vital issues that attorneys handling franchise matters on behalf of franchisees and franchisors may face.
