September 18, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Harris J. Chernow will serve as a panelist for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bench-Bar & Conference program, “Let’s Have At It: Insight Into Commercial Litigation.” The session is hosted by the PBA’s Business Law Section.

The program will provide attorneys with practical insight into the strategy and process of commercial litigation, from pre-filing considerations and drafting the complaint to discovery, pre-trial motions and trial. Panelists will also discuss considerations for litigating business disputes in the Philadelphia Commerce Court, Pennsylvania state courts and federal court.

The discussion will examine how the business objectives of corporate clients can shape litigation strategy and decision-making throughout the life of a dispute.
