Kyle Westerfer is an Associate in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage and bad faith, automobile liability, construction law, premises liability, and liquor liability and dram shop claims.

Kyle is known for his strategic, informative, and holistic approach to client service, helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with clarity and confidence. He is dedicated to actively listening to clients and identifying novel legal issues within each case, allowing him to develop thoughtful and effective strategies.

Before joining RRD, Kyle worked at a regional law firm handling a variety of civil litigation matters. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where he was a member of the Crash Investigations Unit. In that role, he investigated and prosecuted serious vehicular crimes, including homicide by vehicle and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Outside of his legal practice, Kyle is an avid sports fan and proudly describes himself as a “religious” fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He is also a trial competition coach at Saints John Neumann and Maria Goretti High School in Philadelphia, where he enjoys mentoring future attorneys.
