March 24, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner James L. Griffith, Jr. will attend the Paradigm Award Luncheon, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia in celebration of Women’s History Month.

The Paradigm Award is presented annually to a distinguished businesswoman whose professional excellence, leadership, and personal achievements exemplify a model of success. The 2026 Paradigm Award will honor Ellen Cooper, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Financial, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions.

In conjunction with the Paradigm Award, merit-based scholarships will be awarded to women pursuing undergraduate degrees. The Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women was established to support the educational and career aspirations of working women in the Greater Philadelphia region, empowering them to achieve their full potential and inspire others as paradigms of success.
