October 30, 2025 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Harris J. Chernow will attend Mediator Ethical Standards in PA, a continuing legal education event presented by the Montgomery County Bar Association. The interactive program will introduce the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators, which have been recently endorsed by the PBA as ethical guidance for attorney-mediators in Pennsylvania.

Harris is the Chair of RRD’s national Franchise & Distribution and Hospitality practice groups and an active member of the Corporate & Business Services group. He is frequently appointed as an arbitrator and mediator in franchise, hospitality, and commercial matters.
