November 7, 2025 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP partner Stephen M. Asbel will be participating in the Wills for Heroes clinic, hosted by the Delaware County Bar Association in Media, PA. The program aims to provide free estate planning services to first responders, military veterans, and their families. These individuals often face dangerous and life-threatening situations while performing their duties, and it is important that they have their legal affairs to give them peace of mind and ease the burden for their families.

Stephen has extensive experience providing estate planning and estate and trust administration services, including estate taxation, choosing fiduciaries, drafting wills, powers of attorney, medical directives and living wills, special needs trusts, and estate planning. His services include developing trusts and business succession plans that address tax concerns and creating structures that accommodate clients and their families. Stephen is also experienced in obtaining court-decreed guardianships for family members of clients seeking protection.
