September 17, 2026 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP Partner Daniel L. Fiore will serve as a panelist for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bench-Bar & Conference program, “How to Properly Guide a Client with Their Start-Up Business.” The program is co-hosted by the PBA’s Business Law Section and Solo and Small Firm Committee.

The panel will explore the many considerations attorneys should address when advising clients launching a new business. Topics will include selecting the appropriate entity and state of formation, structuring ownership, preparing governing agreements, addressing potential conflicts among owners, maintaining corporate formalities, limiting personal liability, and establishing a strong foundation for future growth.

Fiore and his fellow panelists will provide practical insights and guidance for attorneys counseling start-up clients from the initial stages of an idea through formation and beyond.
