October 23, 2025 – Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP partner Harris J. Chernow will attend the 2025 DEI Summit: Workplace Cultures Reimagined, a program hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association. The event will provide an overview of the current DEI landscape, sharing insights into shifting and emerging stakeholder pressures over the last few years. Also to be covered is a comprehensive look at benchmarking of the adjustments corporations have made to their DEI efforts, alongside insights into where companies are still investing. Presenters will discuss frameworks for organizations to consider as they adapt their DEI programs going forward.

Harris is the Chair of RRD’s national Franchise & Distribution and Hospitality practice groups and an active member of the Corporate & Business Services practice group. He has a national practice representing franchisors, franchisees, and distributors in many sectors, including in the hotel and hospitality industry. His experience is complemented by his significant business and corporate practice, including complex mergers and acquisitions, executive employment, leasing and real estate, and mediation and arbitration practices.
