October 1, 2024 – RRD Partners Harris J. Chernow and Daniel L. Fiore attended the Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2024 Spotlight on In-House Counsel, presented by the Business Law Section. Attendees heard from an esteemed panel of Philadelphia-area General Counsel who shared the complexities facing them as general counsel in support of growth and innovation, particularly in connection with the increasing prevalence of Artificial Intelligence, end of Chevron deference, and the upcoming Presidential election.

This year’s program was moderated by Adam Yoffie, Executive Director, Head of C&E Investigations and Integrity Line, Bristol Myers Squibb.
