Mr. Connor
William M. Connor, Esq. joined the Firm's Philadelphia, PA office as a Partner in our Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Connor has extensive experience handling a wide variety of commercial and personal injury matters, including product liability and mass tort litigation, construction litigation, liquor liability, admiralty, transportation law, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, employment litigation and general casualty/premises liability.
Mr. Connor defends manufacturers and sellers in product liability litigation involving a variety of machines, trucking and automotive products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, asbestos and consumer products. He has litigated matters involving allegations of manufacturing and construction design defect, inadequate warning, exposure to toxic chemicals and worksite accidents. He has extensive experience representing trucking companies and common carriers, as well as motor vehicle and fleet insurers and their insureds. He also litigates employment-related matters, as well as a wide variety of insurance coverage issues, representing insurers in declaratory judgment actions to enforce exclusions and other limitations of coverage. His practice also includes the representation of bars, taverns, restaurants, hotels and clubs in liquor liability cases.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Connor has served as a mediator and arbitrator on personal injury and commercial matters as a member of the American Arbitration Association - Commercial Arbitration Tribunal.

Evan Rassman
Evan Rassman, Esq. joined the Firm's Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Finance Groups. Mr. Rassman regularly represents real estate developers, investors, banks, retail tenants, and other stakeholders in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including project financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, real estate lending, commercial leasing, open space turnovers, workouts, and restructurings.

Mr. Rassman's practice also involves working with public and private companies, debt and equity investors, and banks advising on capital structure and finance, mergers and acquisitions, article 9 sales, entity formation, and private placements. He is also experienced in the disposition of distressed debt, advising on distressed asset purchases, claims trading, and other transactions involving troubled companies.
