Reger Rizzo & Darnall Partner Authors Chapter for American Bar Association Publication
Harris J. Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, co-authored a chapter for one of the American Bar Association’s latest publications, The Annotated Franchise Agreement. Harris co-authored the chapter entitled, Training, Site Selection Construction and Opening, with Beata Krakus, Partner with Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. in Chicago, IL.
The publication focuses on the key document in establishing a franchise relationship: the franchise agreement. It is the foundation of the franchise relationship, and there is no one-size-fits-all template because a well-drafted franchise agreement is the product of careful analysis of many considerations. The publication serves as an essential resource for attorneys focused on franchise law, as well as business attorneys who are relatively new to analyzing and drafting these agreements.
The American Bar Association’s website provides additional information on their latest publication.
