WILMINGTON, DE (October 24, 2023) Arthur D. Kuhl, Managing Partner of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Wilmington office, along with his team of franchise lawyers, Harris J. Chernow and Daniel L. Fiore, were honored to participate recently as featured panelists in a continuing legal education (CLE) session organized by Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric M. The presentation, “Franchise Law for Non-Franchise Law Delaware Attorneys,” included basic franchise principles, an overview of franchise laws and regulations, and discussion on evaluating franchise opportunities, I.P./trademarks, real estate issues, transfer/termination issues, and litigation aspects.

“It was great to be invited to present in this nuanced area of the law that doesn’t always get the attention it deserves,” said moderator Arthur D. Kuhl. “Reger Rizzo & Darnall is fortunate to have extremely knowledgeable attorneys who understand the complexities of franchise law, and who have significant experience helping their clients navigate the challenges in this area.”

More than 65 lawyers attended the session, hosted at the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center in Wilmington. Participants earned 2.0 CLE hours.
