Needleman, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Litigation and Insurance Practices Groups, as he presents Insurance Liens, Subrogation and Damages, as part of the National Business Institute’s full-day seminar on Personal Injury from A to Z, on Thursday, November 14th in King of Prussia, PA. The full-day program will provide attendees with the foundational information and knowhow essential to starting or refreshing a personal injury practice.

In his program, Mr. Needleman will discuss first-party benefits, tortfeaser’s coverage, finding ALL sources of coverage, how insurance companies investigate and value injury claims, the various types of liens (hospital, Medicare, workers’ compensation) and a discussion of injury demand letters and pre-suit negotiations. 

This basic-to-intermediate level seminar is designed for attorneys, as well as insurance industry professionals and paralegals. The course has been approved for 7.2 hours of New Jersey Continuing Legal Education Credits; 7.0 hours of New York Continuing Legal Education Credits; and 6.0 hours of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Credits.
