Bob Small, Partner in Rizzo & Darnall’s Employment Practices Group, will present a session during the National Business Institute’s seminar, Employment Law: 2019 Comprehensive Guide, on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA. The seminar is focused on providing attendees with human resource best practices they can utilize every day in order to ensure employer compliance, an in turn, mitigate potential liabilities. 

The full-day program will focus on the constantly evolving regulatory landscape of employment law. The presenters will discuss employee handbook must-haves, wage and hour requirements, employee leave policies, and hot-button issues related to social media usage and employee monitoring. Mr. Small will present during a session, entitled Monitoring Employees: Privacy Issues and Employer Risks.
