Louis Rizzo Discusses Challenges Faced by Small and Midsize Firms in Legal Intelligencer Article

Louis J. Rizzo, Reger Rizzo & Darnall's Firm-wide Managing Partner, was featured in the May 19, 2015 edition of The Legal Intelligencer article entitled, Small, Midsize Firms Adapt to Increased Scrutiny.

The article (which is the fourth installment in a series by The Legal's columnist, Max Mitchell) examines the increased scrutiny small and midsized law firms often times face from clients with regards to efficiency, the handling of projects and attorneys' fees, and features insight from top Philadelphia firms on how they are reacting to the added pressures to increase productivity, as well as client satisfaction.

In the article, Mr. Rizzo explains that the key in any good attorney-client relationship is trust, stating that, "Ultimately, to work, you really need that good relationship of trust with the client and the law firm, so that those outliers that sometimes are going to come up, you can work through."
