John M. Cinti, Associate in the Firm’s Mt. Laurel Office, received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Scranton, before heading back to his home town in northern New Jersey to attend Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, where he earned his law degree. After graduation, Mr. Cinti had the privilege of serving as the law clerk for the Hon. Patrick F.X. Fitzpatrick, JSC of the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division-Bergen County. 

Mr. Cinti then practiced in North Jersey for five years, beginning a career-long concentration in civil litigation, focusing in the defense of chain retail establishments from a variety of claims including personal injury, malicious prosecution, and false arrest. When he moved to South Jersey, he continued his civil litigation practice, focusing in personal injury defense and insurance coverage disputes, and culminating in being designated a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2004.

Mr. Cinti is a past member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Defense Association, past Vice President for South Jersey and past Chairman of its Automobile Law Subcommittee. He also continues to serve as an arbitrator in the Superior Courts of Mercer and Burlington Counties, and as a UM/UIM arbitrator. Mr. Cinti is also the past Chair of the Burlington County (IIIB) Fee Arbitrators as well as past Chair of one of the Fee Arbitration Committee panels.
