The full-day program will focus on the ever-changing employment law arena which requires constant vigilance on the part of human resources professionals. The program will provide attendees with up-to-date information on the Fair Labor Standers Act (FLSA), wage and hour practices, what language you should and should not include in your organization's handbook, best practices for how to handle hiring and firing issues with confidence, ways to ensure your company's social media policy provides maximum legal protections, and tips from the professionals on how you can confidently investigate misconduct, create performance improvement plans and much more!
The program is designed for the basic-to-intermediate level, and is designed for HR professionals, attorneys, accountants, payroll professional, legal assistants and paralegals, and corporate executives.
