Hosted by The International Franchise Association
Join Harris Chernow, Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s National Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, as he joins with fellow leaders in the franchise industry to present Have Multi-Unit and Multi-Brand Franchisees Set a New Standard for Franchisors? during the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) 2018 Legal Symposium.
Harris and his co-presenters will discuss several of the more pressing issues facing multi-unit and multi-brand franchisees, including an overview of the current trends in multi-unit and multi-brand franchising, what some of the benefits of multi-unit and multi-brand franchisees are, whether these sort of franchisees are attractive to franchisors, an overview of some of the potential risks associated with these franchisees, as well as some suggestions on how to secure, sign and partner with multi-unit and multi-brand franchisees.
The seminar is presented in conjunction with the IFA’s Annual Legal Symposium. The annual Symposium provides educational and networking opportunities that focus on how legal and regulatory issues affect franchise systems. The programs provide attendees with expert insight into the practical use of the law, and practical guidance on how to navigate today’s business and regulatory environment.
