Harris J. Chernow appointed Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association's Franchising Committee

Reger Rizzo & Darnall is pleased to announce that Harris J. Chernow, Esq., Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, was recently appointed Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association's Franchising Committee. 

The committee provides a forum for and educates MBA members on issues pertaining to franchising and the increasingly important role franchising is playing in the business world.

Mr. Chernow has developed a national franchise practice representing franchisors, franchisees and distributors of all industries, along with his corporate and business, retail development and leasing practices.  In addition to his service to the Montgomery County Bar Association, Mr. Chernow is active in many other legal and franchise related organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, the Georgetown Law School Hotel & Lodging Summit, the International Franchise Association’s Legal Symposium Task Force, and the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers, among others.
